Short version: nobody works on your specific issue and no fix is shown until your payment goes through. That's how we keep prices low with no quotes, no calls, and no invoices to chase. You're protected by an automatic refund if we can't fix it.
What's free, without paying
- The EDI Reject Checker. It's automated and runs in your browser. It tells you whether a document was accepted or rejected, decodes the error codes into plain English, and runs structural checks. It doesn't show the corrected segments, and no person or AI works on your issue when you use it.
- Our public help pages (EDI fixes), which explain common rejects using made-up examples.
- Support questions about billing, refunds, or an existing ticket.
What needs payment first

| Expert job (hands-on work by an independent expert) | When you've approved the brief and paid the full fixed quote. No expert is offered the job until the payment is confirmed. The money is held until you confirm the work is done (or 72 hours after the expert marks it complete), and only then is the expert paid. Extra scope needs a change order paid up front. |

What we won't do
- Send partial answers or "hints" for your specific file before payment.
- Work on credit, on an invoice, or by "pay if you like it."
- Take payment by phone. All payments go through Stripe's secure checkout.
How you're protected
- If we can't identify the cause, you get an automatic full refund.
- If the fix doesn't work, you get one free revision, then a full refund on request within 14 days.
- If we're late, you get the refund described in the Refund Policy.
What you receive
Every paid fix is delivered as text: a corrected file or segment, or exact step-by-step instructions you (or your TMS or EDI provider) can apply. If the problem needs someone hands-on in your systems, we'll tell you so, and you choose: a full refund of the Fix Report, or an expert job at a fixed quote, paid up front (how expert jobs work). Choosing the expert job doesn't cost you the refund.
